“When I found out I’d be shooting Kyle Oglesby during his last trip to L.A., I wanted to do something special. Generally I try to keep my tests simple, but that amazing face of his was worth a little bit of extra effort. I set out to do something inspired by Russian propaganda, but after sitting on the images for a while, I decided to move away from the athleticism and focus more on the introspective-looking stuff.
