Janet Jackson’s ‘Number Ones, Up Close and Personal’ tour has already broken records! After being made available via Live Nation at 10am on Friday, January 14th, tickets for the show at the Gibson Amphitheatre sold out in less than 10 minutes.
To compensate for the icon’s demand, an additional date at the venue has been scheduled for April 15th. Tickets are available via Live Nation and Ticketmaster.{Source}
What did you expect; she is the female version of Michael Jackson, all thats missing is seeing Janet moon walk across the stage. I will be at the Atlanta show. Her Chicago and Washington DC shows sold out also, Chicago added another date, I think Atlanta is going to add another date because the first date March 29, is already 84% sold tickets
ReplyDeleteThe “UNTOUCHABLE” Janet!! I keep waiting for a new Female artist to come out and be on Janet’s Level.. But it seems God hasn’t given out that type of Talent since MAY 16th 1966….JANET FOREVER!!!
Janet & Michael have inspired so many of the younger artists of today like Usher, Beyonce, Ciara, Britney, Justin Tim. Janet & Michael are innovators of incorporating dancing into the videos, and after “Thriller” & “Rhythm Nation” every other artist started trying to incorporate dancing into their videos. I will be at the Atlanta show it has almost sold out it was 84% ticket sold when I purchased my tickets Janet’s Radio City, Washington DC & Chicago shows sold out also in a matter of 10 minutes, she has already added additional days to these cities because of the big demand. The tickets went on sale January 14, 2011 at 10:00 am and were all sold out at 10:10 am. Janet is the queen of pop.
