Despite being one the UK’s premier female acts by way of ‘looks and promo’, Cheryl Cole’s voice-albeit unique- has never been anything to write home about.
Plagued by her inability to prove herself as a vocalist since departing ‘Girls Aloud’, Saturday night saw her wow British viewers with a performance of her new single‘Call My Name’ on The Voice UK.
A performance, which though saw her stock as a live act soar, has been overshadowed by criticisms that she did not perform the cut with a live vocal- spitting in the face of the show’s premise.
However, her team have hit back with claims she did sing live.
